Export towards Delimited ASCII (old, now in AskiaTools)

Use this askiaoutils feature to export a *.QES file's data in delimited ASCII format. The following two types of export are available:

Delimited ASCII (labels): Exports text captions for the response items in the questionnaire.
Delimited ASCII (values): Exports numeric entry codes for the response items in the questionnaire.
