Exporting data to fixed-length ASCII (askiatools)

Use this feature to export data from a QES file or SQL database in fixed-length ASCII format.

To export data fixed-length ASCII data:

1. In the file menu, select export, then fixed-length-ASCII using.
2. Select the sub-option simplified map... or detailed map... as appropriate, depending on how you want to define the data map.
   Note: If the appropriate data map has not yet been defined, you will be taken to the data map definition screen.
3. Specify a name and location for the new ASCII file, and click save.
