The header/footer tab of the table settings dialog is divided into three sections.
The header section of this tab allows you to specify what information that you want displayed in the header area of each page, when the tables are printed. The options are as follows:
Center: The information that you want to appear in the central part of the page header.
Right: The information that you want to appear in the right part of the page header.
Height: The header height in pixels.
The footer section of this tab allows you to specify what information that you want displayed in the footer area of each page, when the tables are printed. The options are as follows:
Left: The information that you want to appear in the left part of the page footer .
Center: The information that you want to appear in the central part of the page footer.
Right: The information that you want to appear in the right part of the page footer.
Height: The footer height in pixels.
The table section includes the following option:
Top left: Allows the insertion of information in the upper left corner of the table.
