Exporting data to SPSS Dimensions (AskiaTools)

Use this feature to export data from a *.QES file or SQL database in SPSS *.mdd format.

Punch codes are exported in the following format:

• P1, P2, P3, etc. (if fewer than 9 modalities on a question);

• P01, P02, P03, etc. (if between 9 and 99 modalities);

• P001, P002, P003,  etc. (if there are more than 99 modalities).

To export data in SPSS Dimensions format:

1. In the file menu, select export, then SPSS Dimensions.... The SPSS Dimensions export dialog appears.

2. Specify a name and location for the new *.mdd file, and click save.

3. Specify the different properties for the export, and click OK.
