Saving a crosstab to a portfolio (AskiaVista)

In AskiaVista, you can save any of your crosstabs to a portfolio. Portfolios can be re-opened later (they are regenerated to reflect the current data) and shared with clients and co-workers.

To save a crosstab to a portfolio:

  1. Above the crosstab preview, click Save to portfolio. The save definition to portfolio window appears.

  2. If you want to save the crosstab to an existing portfolio, select that portfolio in the Where drop-down list.

  3. Alternatively, if you want to save to a new portfolio, click New:

    Then in the Save in input, type a name for the new portfolio.

  4. In the Name input, type a name for the crosstab; this is the description of the crosstab that will be visible whenever the portfolio is opened, so it is best to give a clear, accurate description of the crosstab.

  5. Click Save. The crosstab is saved to the portfolio.
