Importing card column punch data into an existing questionnaire (AskiaTools)

Use this feature in AskiaTools to import card column punch data into an existing QES file.

To import card column punch data:

1. Open the QES file into which you want to import the data.
2. In the file menu, select import data, then card column punch.
3. If you have not already defined the data map for this questionnaire, you will be asked to do so. You will then need to begin this procedure again (go back to step 1).
4. Indicate the file containing the data. It can be in IBM column binary (.IBM) format, or text format (.txt).
5. Click open.
