This dialog allows you to define the format of the numbers in your tables for the calculation type being edited. To access this dialog, in the calculation properties window click number formatting....
The dialog contains the following options:
Use default: Clear (de-select) this option to over-ride the defaults, and set your own values in the other settings in this dialog.
Number formatting: Allows you to format numbers according to the options in the numbers section of the dialog.
Script formatting: Allows you to format numbers according to a script. Click script... to define the script that is to be used.
Suffix with script: Allows you to format numbers according to a combination of the options in the numbers section of the dialog, and a custom script. Click script... to define the script that is to be used.
Script then number formatting: Allows you to format numbers according to a script, and then by the options in the numbers section of the dialog. Click script... to define the script that is to be used.
Digits after decimal point: Specify the number of decimals you require, if you want the counts to appear with decimal values. For example, the number 150 will be displayed as 150.00 if you indicate 2 decimals.
Show % sign: If you select this option, the % sign will appear to the right of count values. For example, 150 will become 150%.
Wrap text with parentheses: If selected, this option causes counts to be surrounded by parentheses. For example, 150 becomes (150).
Replace 0 by: If you require a custom character to be displayed in place of null counts, enter it here.
Replace n/a by: If you require a custom character (or characters) to be displayed in place of n/a responses, enter it here.
Replace values: If selected, value less than the first specified number will be replaced with the second value you specify.
