Properties templates allow you to apply a consistent look and feel to your table and charts. A template stores all of the table properties, and can quickly be applied to your analyses by selecting it from the Template list at the top of the properties panel. This not only saves you a great deal of time when setting up your tables, but it ensures that your output has a consistent style across multiple sets of tables.
To apply a template to your table definition:

OK. A new template is created, based on the current table settings.As you make changes to the table properties, you may want to save them to the current template.

If you have a template that you no longer need, you can delete it from askiavista.
To delete a template:
Template list and select the template you want to delete.More, then Remove:
Yes. The template is removed from AskiaVista.You can share your templates with co-workers or clients.
To share a template:
At the top of the Properties panel, open the Template list and select the template you want to share.
At the top of the Properties panel, click Share the template:

The Share template modal displays a list of the people with whom the template is currently shared.
Add (you can add several people at once if you wish; if you are adding multiple people, there is no need to click add after every name).Share. The Share template window closes.RemoveYou can set the access rights and sharing rights for each person in the list, by selecting from the drop down lists as appropriate.
The access rights are:
View only: The person will be able to apply the template to their table definitions, but will not be able to make changes to it.Can edit: The person will be able to apply the template to their table definitions, and make changes to it.Is owner: The person will be granted owner privileges to the template. This means that he or she will be able to apply the template to their table definitions, make changes to it, and delete it.The sharing options are:
Cannot Share: The person will not be able to share the template with other users.Can Share: The person will be able to share the template with other users.
