Response sort properties (AskiaVista)

This function allows you to define advanced sorting of the responses in a question. To open the response sort options, in the rows, columns or edges properties click the arrow next to Advanced:

The following response sorting options are available for rows, columns and edges:

Calculation

Select the type of data on which the sort is based. For example, you might choose to sort based on column significance.

Question

Select the question whose responses you want to sort.

Response

Select the response, from the question selected in Question, on which you want to base the sort.

Ascending

Select this option if you want the sort order to run from lowest value to highest; leave the option de-selected if you want to sort from lowest to highest.

Filter

Select the filter on which you want to base this sort. If you leave this setting on Inherit, askiavista will use the settings specified in the general properties.

Level

Select the data level on which you want to base this sort. If you leave this setting on Inherit, askiavista will use the settings specified in the general properties.

Weighting

Select the weighting on which you want to base this sort. If you leave this setting on Inherit, askiavista will use the settings specified in the general properties.

Universe

Select the universe on which you want to base this sort. If you leave this setting on Inherit, askiavista will use the settings specified in the general properties.
