From the file menu, select open. Alternatively, in the toolbar, click 
(see menus and toolbar for more details on the toolbar buttons).
Browse to your questionnaire, select it, and click open.
When you launch askiaanalyse, the most recently used questionnaire is opened automatically, unless you modify this option in the program options.
To open a questionnaire:

Browse to your questionnaire, select it, and click open.
When your questionnaire opens, you will see several details displayed at the bottom right of the screen:
The following details are displayed:
The name of the QES file (e.g. EX.QES);
If the data have been inverted, Inv is displayed;
The number of interviews (e.g. 292).
