When you are viewing a table or chart, the following buttons are available in the formatting toolbar (which can be hidden or displayed by selecting formatting from the view menu):

Specifies whether the selected element's text will be bold. |

Specifies whether the selected element's text will be underlined. |

Specifies the font colour for the selected element. |
|
|
Specifies the background colour for the selected element's text. |

Opens the table formatting window, which allows you to apply a pre-defined table style, or save your current layout for future use. |
