This AskiaSurf dialog allows you to quickly update campaign questions and responses that are different from the source (new volume) questions and responses they are matched to (i.e. where there is an imperfect match). This feature is especially useful when there are numerous trivial differences that would otherwise take a long time to correct individually.
The dialog allows you to update the campaign questions and responses so that they have the same values as their matching source questions and responses (thus keeping the data up to date).
The questions and responses lists display the aspects of the campaign questions and responses, respectively, that can be updated. The "count" column in each list displays the number of campaign questions or responses that have different values for each question/response aspect. For example, if the number beside question captions is 2, then 2 campaign questions have different captions from their matched source questions.
In each list, select the aspects that you want to automatically update. For example, if you want to update only question captions, you would clear all other boxes and select only question captions. The box at the top of the list allows you to quickly select or de-select all items in the list.
Once you have selected the aspects you want to update, click update.
save.The questions and responses lists update to reflect the changes you have just made, so you can see immediately how many differences remain.
When you clock close, you are returned to the reconciliation view: it has been updated to take into account the changes you made in the update dialog.
