Viewing your questionnaire (AskiaVista)

In the left-hand panel, AskiaVista offers four different views that allow you to manage and find the questions and variables in your questionnaire. The available views are as follows:

• Questionnaire: the question list, a structured list of the chapters, questions and loops in your questionnaire;

• Variables: the variable list, a list of any variables that you, or your co-workers, have created in askiavista;

• Profiles: the profile list (profiles are selections of categories and their properties that you have created);

• Portfolios: the portfolio list (a portfolio is a collection of tables and charts that have been saved there for future use, thus enabling you to create and store specific table/chart definitions which you or other users need to use frequently).

Switching between views

Switching between the different views is very easy.

To switch view in the left-hand pane:

1. Above the left-hand panel, open the drop-down list:
   
2. Select Questionnaire, Variables, Profiles or Portfolios as appropriate.
